Message	They are not the same. And there is no way to decode a serial # off a block to see what year it came off of either, as I tried to do this with a jspec TT longblock a friend bought a copule years ago. Supposedly the dealers can look it up to tie it to a VIN, but my resources all came up dry. Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
